Description

The area zoning plan for the commercial estate at Vagle comprises an area of almost 1000 decares and was passed by the municipal council in September 2014. The site is situated east of Ganddal freight terminal, and south of the Stokkelandsvatnet. Vagle Næringspark AS is jointly owned by RELOG AS, K2 Stavanger AS and Sandnes tomteselskap KF. The location makes it an attractive option for businesses requiring a large area upon which to develop. In addition to our own tenants, Posten Norge’s distribution centre, as well as the new regional warehouse for Coop are situated here. We have building plots available for development.

 

Location

The site is in Sandnes, south-east of Gandal freight terminal. It has direct access from a new cross-connection between the RV44 and the E39. The distance from the centre of Sandnes is 5km, from Forus 10 km, from Sola airport (SVG) 18 km, from Risavika 20 km and from Stavanger city centre 20 km.
