Location
Hofstad Næringspark is located just north of the village of Kvål in Melhus Municipality. The property is approx. 25 km south of the centre of Trondheim, and next to the «New E6». The development area borders the river Gaula to the west and the E6 to the east. There are forests to the north and another commercial park to the south. The site has excellent access via ramps to the E6 in both directions.
