RELOG with new major agreement: Lede establishes new regional power center at Ringdalskogen

RELOG is pleased to announce the sale of a significant plot of land at Ringdalskogen to the grid company Lede. Lede will build a state-of-the-art office and service building totaling 6,000 square meters, further strengthening Ringdalskogen as the region's most important business hub.

The fact that Lede has chosen Ringdalskogen as the base for its future operations is a major victory for Ringdalskogen. It confirms that our focus on strategic location and sustainable area development meets the needs of large, socially critical players.

State-of-the-art facilities and high environmental profile
The project will consist of two main parts totaling approximately 6,000 sqm:
• Office building: Three floors with modern workplaces (3,000 sqm)
• Service building: Workshops, garages and warehouses (3,000 sqm)
The sale to Lede is the result of targeted development of Ringdalskogen. For RELOG, this establishment means increased activity and attractiveness for the entire area.

Important milestones:
• Construction start: Planned March 2026
• Completion: June 2027
• Location: Centrally located in Ringdalskogen with immediate access to E18
